OKAY, found the answer to my geographical question.

the UK includes: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. And the capital of the UK is London.
I think the whole UK/Great Britain thing is dumb. Just let them be individual countries! That's what they are, after all.
