Here is an orange tree! Apparently they inject the oranges with some sort of chemical to make them taste bad so that the homeless people don't eat them. On the more humanistic side of this, supposedly it is protecting them from getting ulcers from too much citric acid. :-/

Yesterday after class we did the European thing and went to a cafe/bar where they have 3 beers for 1 euro. The place is called Dick Tracy's.  They were pretty much the worst tasting beers ever. Natty light is bad, but at least that tastes like water.  This beer, Mahon I think it was called, had the strong beer taste but it was just bad. So drinking these horrible beers I guess was like a bonding experience between us because I managed to meet two of the 8 chicos in the whole program. Why does there always seem to be like 10 girls to every 1 guy.  I think that's literally how it is here. Anyway, I made friends with two of them and one of them lives like 2 blocks from me, so essentially I found another party buddy aka someone to split the taxi fare. haha. 

...I have to go to class now. I hate that is 4:30 am in the US and I'm awake and going to class.
