New attraction to coca cola light.

This is how we celebrated St. Patrick's day. :-D
Some guy at Finnegans gave us those beer goggles, so all the fellas were looking fine last night... not. Spanish guys are so unattractive :-(

Then we went and looked at some fallas. This is one that has some dictators watching Obama knock out George Bush in a boxing match. I'm not sure what the viking has to do with it. Each falla has so many parts that it is hard to get the meaning from looking at it as a whole.

Earlier on in the day I had gone to see the parade of the falleras (and falleros) and I saw the little kids. They are so adorable! Today there were even more.
Sometimes while walking around, it seriously feels like I am in a dream. There are little children exploding dangerous fire crackers given to them by their mothers and fathers. Since when are 5 year olds capeable of using lighters? There are giant toys on every street and lights everywhere (see below la calle Sueca)

and there are porras, buñelos and churros with chocolate every 2 meters. Kids and adults are dresesd in funny clothes and there is a fireworks show every night an a mascletá during the day at 2:00. Everyone is swarming in the streets. I can't fathom anything like this happening back home, except in a dream.

Today we made an excursion to Barrio del Carmen just go get Donner Kebabs from this one specific restaurant but the place was closed!!! So we ate at a mediocre kebap place and then got ice cream. I then had the sudden realization that I needed a suitcase because there is no way that I will be able to get back with just the one suitcase that I brought over here. Thank goodness I just brought one and baggage allowance includes 2. But that's more money that I have to spend that I don't really want to :-(
I'm really starting to look forward to coming home, even though I still have two great trips ahead of me.
