I´m finally here!
My flight was late leaving Baltimore so when I got to Chicago I literally had to sprint through the airport with my mini suitcase to catch my flight to Frankfurt on time. I was actually the last person on the plane. The flight wasn´t too bad. My friend gave me some Advil PM which knocked me out and I was lucky enough to have a seat in between the next person and me. So i managed to sort of lie down. It was uncomfortable but at least I slept. When I got to Germany I flew through customs and the baggage claim. It was the shortest time ive ever spent in an airport quite possibly and when I was walking through the gate for international arrivals I was really nervous! I was wondering if I would even recognize Claudia... but I did and she gave me a huge hug. Claudia and Volker are REALLY nice and their kids are so adorable (and so far well behaved).
